1 Project Overview
The Gao’antun Sludge Treatment Project is located in the Chaoyang and Tongzhou Interpretation Area of Chaoyang, Beijing, and is close to the Chaoyang Region Circular Economic Industry Park. The main project includes a sludge treatment factory with a treatment scale of 1,836 t/d (based on 80% moisture content), which is the largest centralized sludge treatment project in China today. There is a supporting recycled water factory with a processing scale of 200,000 m³/d. The recycled water factory project is built in two phases. As of the end of June 2018, all the sludge treatment factory facilities were completed, except for the A series digester (the digester system is divided into two series A and B, each series includes 4 digester tanks), and all the construction facilities are put into operation. The sludge gas power generation equipment has not been installed due to the adjustment of the comprehensive application planning of the sludge gas. The first phase of the recycled water factory is completed and invested. The second phase of the recycled water factory is expected to be tested in October 2018.

3 Operational Template
3.1 System Start
On September 29, 2017, the sludge treatment project was officially started. In order not to affect the normal production of the recycled water factory, external sludge was used for synchronous adjustment of the heat hydrolysis and digestion system.
Before starting, the digester implements sludge junction, and the sludge comes from the digester sludge in the treatment of other sludges. The junction is 36% of the useful capacity of the digester.
The temperature of the digester is sure to be 38 °C, and the hot water supplied by the steam boiler is added. Since the sludge has not yet been produced and the municipal natural gas outer pipe line is not connected, the gas source of the steam boiler is supplied by a compressed natural gas tank truck in the later stage.
Asking the demand for digestive tanks, the 8# digestive tank in the B series digestive tank is started in advance. After the 8# digestive tank is started, the other digestive tanks will be started. According to the plan, to prevent acidification in the digestive tank, the amount of sludge in the digestive tank is strictly controlled. Based on the daily mud volume of the digestive tank, the treatment batch for hot hydrolysis is calculated, and the maximum amount of sludge is determined daily to ensure the system is smooth and stable.

From the aforementioned process description, it can be seen that after the sludge heat-hydrolyzed cells break through the wall, it goes into the digester for oxygen digestion. Therefore, the first step is to conduct a hot hydrolysis system. The reason for hot hydrolysis is that the sludge is steamed at 165 ℃ and 12.5 kg steam and explodes. After the steam, the sludge temperature is about 105 ℃, and it needs to be reduced in temperature before it can enter the digester. In actual industrial technology, it is reduced by changing the heat and adding dilute water. The important thing for the hot hydrolysis system is to control the measurement. Adjust the ratio of the trial and dilute water.
Because the thermal hydrolysis system feeding base is stable (the moisture content of external sludge is 80%; the moisture content of the sludge in this factory is 82%), the solid content of the Escort sludge (i.e., the digester sludge inlet) after stable transport is also relatively stable.
