1. Propose of problems

The relationship between virtue and talent (including knowledge, talent and technology) has been discussed for a long time within Confucianism. The fair measures for the heart-to-object relationship and virtue-art are the main references for evaluating Confucianism’s moral cultivation.Tag. Overall, before Wang Yangming, Confucianism adopted a high moral character and suppressed talent. Wang Yangming used the metaphor of “quality” and “dividing two”, which preferred to prove the relationship between virtue and talent, and theoretically constituted the “one body of ordinary people and sages”, and opened up the way and pointed out the purpose of “everyone can become a saint”. This has the main practical value and turnaround meaning in the history of Chinese thinking.

In the primitive Confucianism of the pre-Qin Dynasty, he held the concept of “virtue to be achieved and art to be achieved and art to be achieved and fall”. On the one hand, he believed that talent art was beneficial to personal and national politics. On the other hand, he always adhered to the attitude that virtue was higher than talent art, and placed the learning of talent in a helpful position. Confucianism since the two Han Dynasties has basically inherited the pre-Qin Confucianism’s views on virtue and art. In the Tang and Song dynasties, due to the challenges of Buddhism and Taoism, Confucianism has shown an inward-oriented development trend in the past. Under this trend, Confucianism has doubled its emphasis on the cultivation of virtue. In the Song Dynasty, Confucian scholars in the absolute ministry placed virtue in a position of absolute priority, and short-term cultivation and despised the learning of talent. For example, Cheng Zimen, thanked Shang Cai, “recorded the “Five Books” and Bo Chun saw it and said, “‘Playing with the will of the things.” [2] 427 From the pre-Qin period to the Northern Song Dynasty for more than a thousand years, the “Five Books” has always been the focus of Confucian classics. All those who study Confucian scholars always understand it, and the Chief Teacher Ming Taoist Teacher only said that Shang Cai was called “Playing with the will of the things”, which shows that Master Ming Taoist Teacher Ming Taoist Teacher was despised of talent. Disagreement with the teacher Ming Dao, the leader of Xiangshan, the Southern Song Dynasty, Zhang Confucian scholar should learn talent. In his letter to Zhao Zizhi, he criticized the atmosphere of Confucian scholars who did not value the detailed literature of literature at that time. He said: “The Confucian scholars and books in the world do not think of Bo Yu as a gift. Zhou Duke made the country and used it. Confucius planned that the eight governments of Hongfan were the first food stock. Mencius said that Wang Zheng also first made the common people and the right world.” [3] The 70th Xiangshan used the actual examples and comments of Yu, Zhou Duke, Confucius and Mencius to prove that those who became Confucians should be able to learn talent and art. From this we can see that when virtue and talent came to the mountain of Soul, they had already begun to undergo a wonderful transformation.

As the great master of the study of collective mind, Wang Yangming’s views on the problem of virtue and talent are different from those of the Confucian scholars of the Northern Song Dynasty, and are even closer to the view of the mountain. Specifically, when Wang Yangming treated the problem of the relationship between virtue and talent, he used the cultivation of virtue as the standard for distinguishing ordinary people and sages; on the other hand, he integrated virtue and talent into one, so that the two were integrated and formed together. Wang Yangming answered the doorman Cai Xixito protect the conditions about Boyi, Yi Yin and ConfuciusWhen he was called a saint with a huge difference in talent and ability, he proposed the metaphor of “quality” and “dividing two”. This is a classic statement of Wang Yangming on morality and art. He proved that “everyone can become a saint”, and thus opened up the idea of ”the body of ordinary people and saints”. This has the value and meaning of resounding voice in the history of Chinese thinking, which has brought Confucian morality to a new level and level. He said:

The reason why saints are saints is that their hearts are pure in the laws of nature and are not as chaotic as human desires. The reason why watch gold is sophisticated is because it is of sufficient color but without the turtle of copper. When a person reaches the purest nature, he is saint, and when a person reaches the foot and color, he is essence. However, the talent of a saint also has fine differences, and the difference between gold and gold is light. The watches of Shun and Shun were 9,000, the watches of King Wen and Confucius were 7,000, the watches of King Yu, Tang and Wu were 7,000, and the watches of Boyi and Yi Yin were 4,000, the watches of King Yu. Those who have different talents and powers and are purely in accordance with the laws of nature can all be called saints. Although the watch is divided into two different ways, the foot color is the same, and both can be regarded as the fine gold. [4]31

Wang Yangming used the “quality” of gold to refer to the level of personal virtue cultivation, while “dividing two” refers to the “talent ability”, that is, the details and skills of talent. Wang Yangming believed that the key reason why the difference between saints and ordinary people is the difference between “quality”, not the difference between “two”. In other words, as long as your virtue is pure to reach the level of “savatar”, you can become a “saint” without considering the problem of different talents and abilities (million-spin, thousand-spin). From this we can see that Wang Yangming believed that the relationship between virtue and talent is for one purpose, virtue is the body, and talent is the use. On the one hand, Wang Yangming emphasized the cultivation of personal virtues, and on the other hand, he also asked to practice things and achieve talent skills. The two promoted each other to prevent the improper use of talent skills from being dragged down by virtue. People should grow by talent skills due to the needs of time and position, which is also needed by the road to virtue.

2. “To be a friend” is the skill of achieving virtue

Wang Yangming once changed his teaching method to cultivate virtue, namely the famous “Three Changes of Teaching”. In his later years, he proposed “To be a friend”, and his moral knowledge reached a state of pure and green color. Specifically, as early as 1508, when Wang Yangming mentioned the Dragon Boat in Guizhou, he proposed the view that “the way of a sage is self-sufficient, and thos
